本系列产品根据国家电力行业“五防”的要求开发研制，主要适用于2KV～35KV/50Hz户内各类高压电器控制柜的带电、开关刀闸位置指示及安全闭锁装置（设备）。是一种新型多功能、动态模拟指示的自动化设备。它集一次回路模拟图、断路器位置、开关状态、接地刀闸位置、弹簧储能状态、高压带电闭锁、温度湿度显示控制、RS485通讯多项功能于一体。装置采用嵌入式方式，安装快速方便，用户选用时只需提供相应一次方案图即可。

注： 不同的型号接线功能不同，以实物为准

使用方法：

1、按照背壳指示的功能将配线准确的连接，并校对准确后再通电，切勿接错。

2、将各开关量输入端对开关量输入参考端短接一下观察对应功能的指示灯是否正常点亮或熄灭（正常情况下短接端子，对应的灯位将会点亮，否则不正常）。

  3、带电指示的各个输入端分别接上对应的高压带电传感器，进行某相高压试验时，对应的带电指示灯点亮，有闭锁功能且达到闭锁电压时闭锁灯点亮，闭锁有效，闭锁输出触点断开；高压断开后带电指示灯熄灭，闭锁解除，解锁灯点亮，闭锁输出触点闭合。

关于RS485通讯：

1、采用RS-485数字接口（差分、半双工）。

2、电气隔离：数字接口/仪表，数字接口/信号

   （1500V/50Hz/1min）。

3、通讯参数可编程：

  波特率： 2400、4800、9600。

  仪表地址： 1～247地址码。

     数据格式：1个起始位，8个数据位，1个停止位。

电参数接线方式：

1、本品使用的CT变比的二次输出满量程为5A(AC)； PT变比的二次输出满量程为100V(AC)。

2、此款产品默认三角形接线（客户如有特殊需要，请在下订单时提前说明)，并且Vn不接中性线或地线。

传感器接线：

红色：         +5V

蓝色（黑色）：  地

黄色：         温度

白色：         湿度

功能选配：

 1、电参数显示：用户设定适当的变比，智能操控器将会根据变比测得实际电流或者电压值，显示于LCD。  2、核相/验电功能：用户可以用验电/核相器通过仪表的验电/核相孔来测量判断高压柜是否带电或者来校验母线柜之间的相序是否正确。（不提供核相/验电器）

仪表通过无线电查询无线传感器温度信息，通过LCD屏显示，并实时把温度信息通过485通讯上传到后台系统。通过连续监测高压开关柜与断路器的接触点运行温度，可确定母线排与触头的温度升高程度，当发生超温时，监测仪发出报警指示，从而避免由于母线排或触头温升过高而造成烧毁等严重事故。
