3.功能操作

温度单元调试使用说明：

按说明书接好线，检查无误后通电，显示窗即显示被控对象测量值。用户要根据实际情况进行设置，再使用（此时按一下键，使面板上的设定项目指示图表中对应的指示灯点亮。）设置操作如下：

㈠  按一下键，面板上的下限控制的指示灯亮后，可通过∧或∨键进行设置下限温度启控点，设置值在数码显示窗内会显示，达到要求后，进入第㈡步设置。

㈡  按键一下，下限控制指示灯灭，面板上的下限回差的指示灯亮，可以按∧或∨键设置回差值（设置范围0～20℃），此项设置完成后，进入第㈢步。

㈢  按一下键，下限回差指示灯灭，此时面板上的上限控制指示灯亮，可以按∧或∨键设置上限温度启控点，设置完成后，进入第㈣步。

㈣  按一下键，上限控制指示灯灭，现在面板上的上限回差指示灯亮，按∧或∨键设置回差值（设置范围0～20℃），达到要求时，进入第㈤步。

注意：上限值减去上限值回差值不能小于下限值加上下限回差值，否则在正常显示状态时显示窗会出现“RSET”字样，则要重新开始设置。

㈤  按一下键，上限回差指示灯灭，这时温度修正指示灯亮。修正值在产品出厂前已经设置，一般情况不要修改这项设置值，以免将精确的仪表反修正至不精确。当认定包括传感器在内的控制系统出现误差而不能与更高精度等级的测量装置取得一致结果时，可使用本产品先进的“修正”功能，以取得一致。（设置：温度修正状态时，按∧或∨键可以在±10范围内设置一个与误差方向相反的相同数值即可，在修正值确定后其显示的温度数值为当前温度与修正值之和。如当前显示温度为26℃，经检测偏高3℃，修正值可设定为-3，则修正后显示温度为23℃；反之则相反设定。）再按键一下，设置操作完成，设备进入监控状态。

㈥  设备运行后，具体的工作情况如下：

• 当实测温度的数值小于下限值时，对应升温负载启动，下限指示灯亮；当温度上升后，实测温度的数值大于下限值与回差的和时，对应升温负载停止，下限指示灯灭。
• 当实测温度的数值大于上限值时，对应降温负载启动，上限指示灯亮；当温度下降后，实测温度的数值小于上限值与回差的差时，对应降温负载停止，上限指示灯灭。（如下图）  

㈦  产品检测。仪表若显示“LLLL”，请检查温度传感器是否短路或者环境温度低于量程下限，若显示“HHHH”，则可能是温度传感器断线或输入超过了量程上限。若出现以上情况仪器将自动启动保护功能，将控温负载供电切断，须排除故障后才能使用。

若发现仪表工作反常，应检查传感器连线是否断线或短路或感温元件引线反接，检查监控器工作电压及环境温度等工作条件是否在规定的范围内。

㈧　断线报警

当设备的某个单元处于启动状态时，若对应的断线报警指示灯亮，相应的报警输出端也处于闭合状态，则说明负载接线处于断开，请及时检查负载接线情况！

湿度单元检测使用说明：

在自动的状态下，用口哈气,接近结露传感器（不能将传感器直接浸入水里）5秒左右, 监控器上湿度指示灯亮、负载工作；远离水汽，指示灯灭、负载停止工作，表明结露传感器未损坏。如湿度单元启动时，负载断开，则湿度断线报警指示灯亮，湿度报警端有输出。

七、功能说明：

1、温湿度控制部分：

1.1、升温型：当测量温度值小于设置温度时，启动加热负载，当测量温度大于设置温度加上温度回差

时，关闭加热负载。

1.2、降温型：当测量温度值大于设置温度时，启动降温负载，当测量温度小于设置温度减去温度回差

时，关闭降温负载。

1.3、除湿型：当测量湿度值大于设置湿度时，启动除湿负载，当测量湿度小于设置湿度减去湿度回差

时，关闭除湿负载。

1.4、风机/超温报警：当测量温度值大于报警设置值时，报警输出，当测量温度小于报警设置值

减去回差时，关闭报警。

1.5、断线报警说明：当仪表控制温湿度主控回路加热器或风机输出时，负载没有正常工作时则断线报

警灯点亮，报警输出节点闭合；

1.6、手动强制开启负载：在某些特定的情况下。当需要负载临时工作时，按下手动/自动键约1秒至

手动指示器点亮，进行强制开启负载：当需要恢复自动监控状态时再按下手动/自动键约1秒至

手动指示灯熄灭，监控器进入自动控制状态。

2、动态状态指示功能：

断路器位置指示:

工作位置触点闭合时，红色垂直模拟条点亮，显示断路器位于工作位置。

试验位置触点闭合时，绿色水平模拟条点亮，显示断路器位于试验位置。

断路器状态指示:

合闸时，断路器常开触点闭合，红色垂直模拟条点亮。

分闸时，断路器常闭触点闭合，绿色倾斜模拟条点亮。

弹簧储能指示:

触点闭合，红色指示灯点亮，表示已储能。

触点断开，绿色指示灯点亮，表示未储能。

接地闸刀位置指示：

触点闭合，红色垂直模拟条点亮，表示接地合闸。

触点断开，绿色倾斜模拟条点亮，表示接地断开。

闭锁继电器动作规律如下：

一、概述:

本系列产品根据国家电力行业“五防”的要求开发研制，主要适用于2KV～35KV/50Hz户内各类高压电器控制柜的带电、开关刀闸位置指示及安全闭锁装置（设备）。是一种新型多功能、动态模拟指示的自动化设备。它集一次回路模拟图、断路器位置、开关状态、接地刀闸位置、弹簧储能状态、高压带电闭锁、温度湿度显示控制、RS485通讯多项功能于一体。装置采用嵌入式方式，安装快速方便，用户选用时只需提供相应一次方案图即可。
